Who we are
We’re a small team of curious nature lovers who believe the forest is at its best when you slow down, lower your voice, and start paying attention. Just outside Oslo, among tall spruce trees, mossy paths, and quiet lakes, a whole world of wildlife is going about its daily business — and we love helping people notice it.
We don’t rush through the forest. We wander. We pause. We crouch down to inspect tiny footprints in the mud, listen for bird calls overhead, and wonder who passed by before us. Maybe it was a fox on an early morning patrol, a beaver heading home after a night’s work, or a moose calmly moving through the trees. Often, the forest leaves clues long before it reveals the animals themselves — and learning to read those signs is half the fun.
Our guided hikes are relaxed, playful, and full of small discoveries. We share stories, practical tracking tips, and simple ways to spot wildlife without disturbing it. No prior knowledge is needed — just curiosity and a willingness to look a little closer.
We welcome families, visitors, and locals alike, and we’re especially fond of questions, quiet moments, and excited whispers when someone spots something new. For us, wildlife guiding isn’t about ticking animals off a list. It’s about connection, respect, and the joy of realizing that wild things live surprisingly close — and always have.
